Official Performance Auditing - Legal Advice, or to Contact a Mediator or Arbitrator

Some initial legal advice can be invaluable to a company to find out exactly where they stand before taking any course of action. If the dispute remains unresolved for any reason, Weathernews advocates Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods and specifically Mediation be considered first. There are various benefits for both parties which can be derived from the same.

Weathernews has good links to the Mediation and Arbitration community and is a supporting member of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA).
